1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Think Bossi LLC, a limited liability company organized in Texas, USA ("Think Bossi", "we", "us", "our"), and govern your use of ThinkBossiBot™ and the Bossi assistant, including the Telegram Mini App, bot, website and related features (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, launching the Mini App, accepting the in-app consent screen, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the other policies in our Legal & Privacy center. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Adults only (18+)
The Service is an adult service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use it. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close the account and delete the associated data.
3. What the Service is
ThinkBossiBot is an AI-powered coaching, planning and decision-support product. Bossi is a software assistant that generates responses using artificial intelligence. Bossi is not a human being, is not a licensed professional, and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or emergency services.
Features may include conversational coaching modes, Bossi Blueprint™, Bossi Roadmap, Bossi Reset™, goals, and long-term memory. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the product evolves.
4. Your account and identity
Your account is identified through the Telegram account you use to launch the Service. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your Telegram account secure.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not use another person's account or misrepresent who you are.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are described in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Plan inside the app.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, harms other users, threatens the integrity or security of the Service, or exposes Think Bossi to legal risk.
7. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of the information you submit. We own the Service itself, including the Bossi brand, personality design, prompts, product structure and software. The Intellectual Property & User Content Policy explains the licenses that apply in both directions.
8. AI output and your responsibility
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. See the AI, Coaching & Decision-Support Disclaimer for the full explanation, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including during maintenance, provider outages, or beta development.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated terms in the app before continuing to use it.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, produce any particular business, financial, personal or health result, or that AI output will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Bossi LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Think Bossi for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Bossi from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms or applicable law, or your infringement of another party's rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account from the Legal & Privacy center. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for legal, security or operational reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution — will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, USA, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. General
These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Think Bossi regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
