1. Plans
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Plan allowances protect quality and cost; no plan is marketed as unlimited.
- Meet Bossi — free tier with limited AI sessions and features.
- Founding Beta — US$17 per month, offered to early members while available.
- Bossi — US$49 per month.
- Bossi Pro — US$99 per month.
2. Automatic monthly renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically every month, and the same amount is charged to your payment method on each renewal date, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from My Plan inside the app, which opens the billing management flow for your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free tier. Your data is not deleted when you cancel.
4. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and periods you did not use. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion, for example where a charge was clearly duplicated or caused by a technical error on our side. Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact Think Bossi page within 30 days of the charge.
Where a mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a stronger refund right, that law applies.
5. Founding rate continuity
The US$17 per month Founding Beta rate remains in place while your subscription stays continuously active. If your subscription lapses, is canceled, or fails to renew and you later return, current standard pricing applies and the founding rate is not restored. Founding availability is limited and may be closed at any time.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it through the payment provider and may limit paid features until payment succeeds. Continued failure may end the subscription.
7. Price changes
We may change prices for future renewal periods. We will give reasonable advance notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Payment processing
Checkout, cards, invoices and cancellation are handled by our third-party payment provider. Full card numbers are handled by that provider and are not stored by Think Bossi.
