1. What Bossi Memory is
Bossi Memory is a continuity feature. When you talk to Bossi, selected short facts about your goals, context, business, preferences and commitments may be saved so you do not have to repeat yourself in future conversations.
2. What may be retained
- Short factual notes with a category, label and value (for example a goal, a constraint, a working preference).
- Your conversations and the mode they belong to, so history and context stay available.
- Blueprint, Roadmap, Reset and goal records you create.
- Usage metadata such as AI session counts, model routing information, token counts and latency.
3. What Bossi should not store
Bossi is instructed not to save sensitive categories such as government identification numbers, payment card details, passwords, precise health diagnoses or other special-category data. Please do not paste that kind of information into a conversation. If something sensitive is saved anyway, you can delete it immediately from What Bossi Remembers.
4. How memory is used with AI
Relevant memories and active plan context may be included in the prompt sent to the AI model provider so responses stay consistent with your situation. Memory is scoped to your verified account and is not shared with other users.
5. Your controls
- View everything saved in What Bossi Remembers.
- Delete any single memory instantly.
- Clear all memory at once.
- Export your data as a JSON file.
- Delete your account, which removes the associated records.
6. Retention
Memories persist until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting a memory removes it from future prompts. Copies may remain briefly in routine backups before expiring.
7. Model providers
AI processing is performed by third-party model providers through our gateway, selected dynamically by task. See the Privacy Policy for details on AI processing and sharing.
