1. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the ThinkBossiBot™ and Bossi names and marks, Bossi Blueprint™, Bossi Reset™, the Bossi personality design, system prompts, product structure, methodology, copy, visual identity and software, is owned by Think Bossi LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these policies transfers ownership to you.
2. Your license to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business or personal purposes.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the information, messages, plans and materials you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit and display your content solely to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, including sending relevant context to AI model providers to generate responses. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, other than for copies retained briefly in routine backups or as required by law.
You confirm you have the rights needed to submit the content you provide.
4. AI output
As between you and Think Bossi, you may use the responses Bossi generates for you, including commercially, subject to these policies and applicable law. AI output may not be unique to you: similar prompts can produce similar responses for other users, and we make no representation that output is original, non-infringing, or protectable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Contact Think Bossi page identifying the work, the material at issue, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief. We will review and respond appropriately, including removing infringing material and terminating repeat infringers.
7. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from the Service, or use our marks without written permission.
