1. What Founding Beta is
Founding Beta is an early-access program offered to a limited number of members at US$17 per month while the product is still being actively developed. Participation is optional and subject to availability.
2. Beta software expectations
Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, behave inconsistently, or be removed. Planned features are not guaranteed and no roadmap item is a promise. Occasional downtime, resets of experimental features, and rough edges are expected.
3. Founding rate continuity
Your US$17 monthly rate remains while your subscription stays continuously active. If your subscription is canceled, lapses, or fails to renew, the founding rate ends and current standard pricing applies if you return. Founding pricing is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
4. Feedback
Founding members are encouraged to share feedback. Feedback is provided under the Intellectual Property & User Content Policy and creates no obligation, compensation or ownership interest.
5. Program changes
We may close enrollment, change program benefits, or end the program for future periods. Existing continuously active founding subscriptions keep their rate for as long as they remain active, unless we give advance notice of a change.
6. Everything else still applies
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy and Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy apply to Founding Beta members in full.
