1. General rule
Use the Service lawfully, respectfully and for its intended purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Breaking any applicable law or regulation, or encouraging others to do so.
- Seeking or producing content that facilitates violence, weapons, terrorism, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or exploitation of any kind.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, impersonation, or misrepresenting AI output as coming from a licensed professional or from a human.
- Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, probing, scraping at scale, or interfering with the Service's infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering, extracting system prompts, or attempting to bypass safety measures, plan limits, allowances or entitlement checks.
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling or automating access to the Service without written permission.
- Submitting other people's personal or confidential information without a lawful basis.
- Using the Service to make automated decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Health, crisis and safety topics
Do not rely on the Service for crisis, medical or mental-health support. Bossi may decline or redirect these topics and point you to appropriate professional or emergency resources. That is a safety feature, not a malfunction.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, limit or suspend access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
